Eligible Items:
Unopened items: You have 30 days from the purchase date to return unopened items in their original packaging with all manuals, accessories, and warranty cards included.
Defective items: Regardless of opening status, defective items within the warranty period are eligible for return.
Return Conditions:
Items must be in new, unused, and resalable condition. This includes original packaging and all contents.
- Damage caused by the customer will void return eligibility.
- We recommend using the original packaging to return the item for optimal protection.
Return Process:
Initiate a Return: Contact our Customer Service team via email at contact@mgneticstore.com. We’ll provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
Prepare the Return: Securely pack the item with the original packaging and RMA number.
Ship the Return: Send the package back to our address provided using a trackable shipping method. We recommend keeping your shipping receipt for proof of return.
Refunds:
We issue full refunds to your original payment method within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Restocking Fees:
No restocking fee for unopened items if returned within 30 days return window. A15% restocking feemay apply to opened items returned within the 30-day window, unless the return is due to a defect or our error.
Warranty & Guarantee:
